Sioux Falls, South Dakota – March 16th, 2020 ​—​ Midwest Alarm Company, Inc. has acquired one of Florida’s largest systems integrators, BCI Integrated Building Solutions (Becker Communications, Inc.). BCI is the Southeast market leader in integrated technology solutions for security, network cabling & fiber optics, life & fire safety, audio-visual and healthcare communications. BCI serves and supports projects from their headquarters in Tampa Florida. This acquisition will not only bolster Midwest Alarm’s robust design capacity, it will dramatically expand their reach geographically to service customers and meet rising demand in the burgeoning Southeast region of the U.S. BCI has four Florida offices. The sale was completed on March 16th.
